• Trial times will be decided between the customer and Aria Double Reeds. If you take lessons and wish to have your teacher try out the instrument with you, we recommend that shipping is scheduled for delivery a day or so before your lesson.
• A check for the full amount of the instrument or credit card information must be received by Aria Double Reeds before the instrument can be shipped for trial.  We will charge initial shipping charges to your credit card. If you purchase an instrument, we will cover the return shipping charges for any other instruments you may have on trial. If you decide not to buy an instrument, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Further details will be provided when you make instrument trial arrangements. Once the trial time is over please inform us as to whether you will be purchasing the instrument or returning it to us.  All instrument returns should be shipped to the following address:

• Return shipping must be done using FedEx or UPS. You must request that the instrument require a signature to be delivered.
• If any damages are incurred while instruments are on trial, the costs for repair will be billed to the customer. Aria Double Reeds reserves the right to use the repair technician of their choice to handle any and all damage incurred during the trial period.  Instruments are covered by Aria Double Reeds insurance policy in the event of total loss. Customers are not required to purchase insurance if shipping the instrument back to us.
• We advise taking a picture of the instrument in its case when it is received so you can be sure to pack it up correctly in the event that you will be returning it to us.
• For all new instrument trials, please use your own swabs after each playing of the instrument. Do not open or use new swabs until you have purchased the instrument. If the swabs are used and you do not purchase the instrument you will be charged to replace them.  Any accessories included with an instrument must be returned in their original condition, and any missing or damaged accessories will be charged to your card. Returned trial instruments must be returned in the same condition as when you received them.  They will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival back at Aria Double Reeds.
