This double hollow ground knife handles with extreme precision and effortlessness – capable of removing minute “whispers” of cane or purging unwanted masses from a reed. Improved features about the 15K knife include its tapered handle and it is made from Indian Ebony Hardwood. The blade is also made from a more exotic stainless steel, giving it longer edge retention and resistance to rust.
