We are happy to offer professional written instrument appraisals! These are most often requested for insurance purposes or if a customer is looking to sell an instrument soon. Appraisals can either by done in person or by email.

• In person: Please contact us to schedule an appointment. We will be able to provide you with the documentation at that time.
• By email: Please send the following information to ari@ariadoublereeds.com
  • Model, serial number and age of instrument.
  • Any additional features of the instrument, such as extra keywork and bocals.
  • Overall condition of the instrument.
  • Condition of the case and case cover.
  • Photos of the instrument both inside its case and assembled.

The fee for instrument appraisals is $50. You will receive a PDF copy of your appraisal by email, and we can provide a hard copy as well if requested. Payment can be made via PayPal or by calling with a credit card number.  Appraisals are free of charge to our clients who purchased their instrument from us!
