University of Maryland Double Reed Day on Saturday, September 28

Join oboe and bassoon faculty Mark Hill, Joseph Grimmer and Erich Heckscher for a day of inspired music-making, instruction, performances, discussions and the opportunity to learn what being a double reed player at the UMD School of Music is like. The day will include faculty and student performances, masterclasses and double reed vendors.

Shenandoah University Double Reed Day on Sunday, November 17

Double Reed day is an exciting day of sessions and workshops for both students and parents! The day will also include masterclasses, a recital featuring Shenandoah Conservatory faculty and students, and an ensemble double reed concert with participants. Special guest is Wilfred Roberts, former long-time Principal Bassoon of The Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
